The fish meat is taken from a fresh Baijiao sea bass, boned and mixed with other ingredients to make minced fish. The minced fish is extruded into fish balls using equipment, and cheese is added in the middle to form a fish ball with a heart. Finally, the surface of the fish ball is wrapped with red granular ingredients to form a lychee bass ball, which can be delivered to consumers after being frozen at ultra-low temperature and served after simple processing by deep-frying or steaming.
